Founder
Nikos is a Greek-British art director and writer, best known for his narrative-driven work and fictitious storytelling. In 2020, he branded Greece’s first coliving brand as an imaginary country; in 2021 he launched East London’s biggest urban regeneration project as a festival of electronic music and in 2022, he launched Marlon Tate; an ad agency with offices in Athens, London, Jupiter and Mars (the last two offices are fictional).
Often described as ‘‘popstar art director’’, he came to international attention in 2019 when he collaborated with famous photographer friend Polly Brown on a trilogy of concept projects called ‘Time travel branding’. The first project, ”Xenia” premiered at the prestigious ATypI in New York to positive reviews from critics and press who praised his ‘fictitious but brilliant’ universe.
Nikos is also a Lecturer at famed art school London College of Communication, where he teaches a three-week studio. In 2024, he was nominated for inclusion in the Forbes 35 under 35 prestigious list. He has received various accolades including one Red Dot Design Award, 5 Ermis Awards, 9 Ebge Awards and a nomination for the prestigious Alan Davidson Award for Storytelling in London. He studied at Camberwell College of Arts (MA) in London, conducting practice-based research exploring the relation between Identity and Archives.
